International Client-Facing Role | Legal, Tech & Consulting Sectors

We are seeking high-performing, articulate, and professional call specialists based in Nigeria to join our growing international team.

This role involves working with clients across the United Kingdom and the United States, supporting businesses in sectors such as legal services, technology, consulting, and membership organisations.

 

<<<<Salary & Benefits>>>>

  • Starting Salary: ₦250,000 per month
  • Performance Bonus: ₦50,000 – ₦100,000 per month
  • Bonus eligibility begins after a 1- 3-month probation period

 

About the Role

You will act as the first point of contact for international clients, handling inbound and outbound calls, gathering key information, and guiding potential clients toward the next steps.

This is a high-impact, client-facing role that requires confidence, professionalism, and strong communication skills. (This will suit a young lawyer and business or related degree holders with customer service experience)

 

Training Programme

Successful candidates will undergo a structured onboarding programme:

  • 2 weeks of intensive remote training (via Zoom)
  • 3 hours per day, 5 days a week
  • Practical call handling exercises and simulations
  • End-of-training call handling assessment

 

💡 Training Support Allowance

You will receive ₦20,000 per week (data allowance), paid only upon full completion of each training week

Step 3 – Video Introduction

You will be asked to submit a 3-minute video covering:

  • Your call handling experience
  • How you would approach working with our team

A short script will be provided as guidance.

 

Step 4 – Final Interview

  • Interview with the team
  • Follow-up call with the International CEO

 

Location & Work Structure

  • Must be a resident in Lagos, Nigeria
  • Remote work for the first 6 months
  • Transition to office-based role in Lagos (or Lagos/Ogun State)

 

Skills & Qualifications

Academic Requirements

  • Minimum of 2:1 or First-Class degree in Law, Marketing, or Business-related degree
  • From a reputable Nigerian University

 

Experience Requirements

  • Strong background in:
  • Telemarketing / Telesales
  • Customer Service
  • Phone-based roles
  • Experience with recognised brands (Nigeria or international) is highly preferred
