1) What can of job or project is this ?

➤ This is a pure commission-based business. We do not offer fixed income; you get your own commission or % from what you sell for us as part of our business.

➤ This is not an employment or job application; this project is relevant for 3 kinds of people.

People with no business experience and who want to start a Cloud or Web-based business that has physical and non-physical products
People who already have their own business but would like to have a side business to complement our product and services
Matured people with over 20 years of experience who are confident after 6 months or one year, they can manage a whole State with other agents working under them.

2) How does the interview work ?

➤ Interview for new people is held once a week over the phone so we can shortlist the right person. After the phone interview we decide if you will progress to training stage.

3) What process before we start the project ?

➤ Week 1, interview new applicants;

➤ Week 2, we train shortlisted applicants;

➤ Week 3, you commence with us with the launch of one or two products and services we offer

4) What do you mean by probation ?

➤ We want credible and professional people to work with us as agents and, eventually, business partners. We have to assess different attributes such as Communication, Credibility, Time management and Trust with our products or services.

➤ The probation will last 2 weeks to 3 months before we can offer you a proper contract, but you will still be earning your commission during the probationary period.
