Remote Telemarketing & Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Title: Telemarketing / Administration Assistant / Digital Marketing

About the Job:- This is a Remote part-time to full time. *

• To start 1 to 2 weeks after interview
• Interview – by Phone and Zoom
• 2 to 5 employees needed

Salary: N50,000 per month for 3 full days at 8 hours per day, and it would increase to N80,000 for 5 full days at 8 hours per day ( 40 hours per week ).

• However, if you work fewer hours the payment will be Pro rata based on the number of hours you worked
• Your bonus based on success may be more than your monthly salary

Key Responsibilities:

• Telemarketing (70% Focus):
  • Conduct outbound calls to our international partners to introduce our Services digital marketing services.
  • Understand client needs and tailor service offerings to suit their requirements.
  • Schedule appointments and follow up on leads to convert prospects into clients.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, client responses, and progress in our CRM system.

Digital Marketing (30% Focus):

• Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to support telemarketing efforts.
• Create and distribute engaging content for email campaigns, social media, and other digital platforms.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a similar role, preferably focusing on service-based industries.
• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to persuade and build rapport with clients.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and tools.
• Self-motivated and disciplined to work effectively in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in data entry.
